In one late afternoon, I toured through the small village of Khang Choeung to join the villagers during this special time of day.
Toward the evening, the air cools down a bit and neighbors and friends meet to chat over a beer or like here, a bucket of Sraa Sor, a self made rice liquor. I don't know how much alcohol that stuff has, but it is definitely vicious.
